FAQ

What merchants ask before they start

The home and pricing questions gathered here, plus the ones about data and security. Where an answer does not flatter us, that is the answer we wrote.

Starting and opening

Do I need technical experience to open a store?

No. Signing up is an email and a verification code, then you fill in the store application form. Categories and products are built from the dashboard with no code, and the API is optional for anyone who wants to connect.

How long does opening a store take?

Creating the account is instant: your email, then a code that reaches it. Opening a store is free during the launch period, and it opens automatically after the request.

Do you need a credit card or a national ID?

We never ask for a credit card to start an account. Some services you sell — virtual cards, for example — are subject to their provider's terms and may require buyer identity verification; that's the provider's condition, not the platform's.

Money and fees

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No commission on sales and no subscription fee during the launch period. MNTAD earns through a margin on services that pass through its providers, never as a separate deduction on your order.

Who pays the provider's fees?

External provider fees are inside the buy price you see, and you set the sell price for your customer. We never send you a separate invoice per transaction.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Creating the account is an email and a verification code, nothing else.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Your store stays available for your past orders, and any remaining balance follows the settlement terms on your account.

Delivery and failures

What happens if a product fails to deliver?

An order holds one state at a time and moves through a controlled set of transitions, and terminal states are not reversed. If it is not delivered, its value is not taken from your balance, and a refund cannot happen twice for the same order — protected at the database level. The exact state names differ between the SMS/top-up section and the store-products section.

Is my data pooled with other stores?

Every store is isolated with its own data: your orders, customers and categories are never shown to another store, and access happens through your store's identity only.

Data and security

Can I sell what I buy from another store?

That's the store-to-store supply feature, and it's in launch. Once it's available, your store can list another store's products and buy from it on demand.

Who owns the products and categories?

You name your categories and set your selling prices. Provider prices and identities never appear to the customer — they see the sell price only.

Some answers refer to features marked "coming soon". We did not write those as things that work today — ask us before you rely on one.

Ready to open your store?

The first step is an email, and the platform is free during the launch period. Submit a store application and we will tell you the outcome.
